Established in 2015 by art historians Laura De Beir and Ellen De Schepper, Fine Art Consult was created in response to the demand for unbiased, confidential advice when acquiring, selling and managing fine art. 

Specialising in global Post-war, Contemporary and emerging art, Fine Art Consult offers top-tier guidance to both aspiring and established private collectors, family estates and corporations.

Collective art market expertise, combined with art historical understanding, form the basis of all their creative strategies.

Prior to founding Fine Art Consult, Laura and Ellen held positions at Christie’s, Bonhams, Art Dubai and Dorotheum, both in Belgium and abroad.

Laura holds a Masters degree in Art History from the KULeuven, a complimentary Diploma in Management from ICHEC and a Postgraduate in Connoisseurship from the VUBrussels. 
Ellen obtained a Bachelor in Art History from the KULeuven, a Master in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art and further specialised in Modern and Contemporary Art as well as Collection Management.
